The tutorial was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ in the specialty 31.05.01 General Medicine (2024), the basic professional educational programme in the specialty 31.05.01 General Medicine (2024), the curriculum of the specialty 31.05.01 General Medicine (2024), the work program of the discipline "Medical Genetics" (2024) for students majoring in the specialty 31.05.01 General Medicine, and is intended for mastering general professional (GPC–1, GPC–3) and professional (PC–5, PC–6) competencies in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard 3++. The tutorial presents up-to-date information on the methods of medical genetics. Each group of methods is described in detail and accompanied by illustrations, tables, and formulas to facilitate understanding of the material. The tutorial also includes test tasks and situational tasks with answers.
