The purpose of the textbook is to systematize the requirements for the compilation of academic medical history by students when they master the practical skills of clinical examination and differential diagnosis in patients with surgical pathology.
Medical history is the most important medical and legal document, which is prepared for each patient who is under examination or treatment in hospital. The questions of preparing students for the supervision of surgical patients are considered, the basic rules and peculiarities of drawing up all sections of the academic medical history are outlined.
